AMIS Eddy current separator VS 33/60
The eddy current separator is designed for the separation of non-ferrous metals from the bulk material or the crushed material.
How it works:
The bulk material (contaminated with non-ferrous metals) is loaded onto the slide plate of the vibrating feeder and thus moves evenly to the magnetic drum of the eddy current separator. There, the non-ferrous metals (AL + Cu) are thrown by the repulsion force generated by the magnetic field in the discharge for non-ferrous metals. Non-magnetic materials fall into the dump for non-magnetic materials.
The capacity of the eddy current separator is up to 1,000 kg / h, depending on the feed material.
The eddy current separator consists of:
- Magnetic eddy current separator
- Vibration support Feeder
- Frame for the vibration support Feeder
- Control cabinet with control Panel
