ZERMA ZPS
Our single-shaft shredders from the ZPS series can be used universally. They are suitable for shredding solid parts and films that cannot be shredded directly on a granulator.

General description
The material is transported via the load-dependent controlled hydraulic pusher to the rotor. The slowly rotating rotor is equipped with cutting crowns which, together with the stator knives in the housing, shred the material. The final fineness is determined by the screen located under the rotor.
It is driven by a drive motor, V-belts and a generously dimensioned gearbox.
The large and heavy rotor of the ZPS shredder series, the low rotor speed and the high torque ensure low current peaks and thus avoid high energy costs.
The shredders from the ZPS series are equipped with equipped with a 2-stage hydraulic system that prevents the rotor from jamming. Knife and blade holder are completely screwed into the rotor.
Generously dimensioned, externally mounted rotor bearings and a hydraulically pivoting screen basket are part of the standard equipment of every shredder.
