Our wood applications
Products made of wood and wooden materials are experiencing increasingly shorter life cycles. Large volumes of waste wood, waste and residual materials containing wood that need to be processed are produced once the products have been discarded or in wood-processing factories.
We have the right combination
Save time, space and also energy costs by the correctly selected combination of wood shredders and briquetting presses. A modern AMIS machine can be used to produce pressed briquettes from large volumes of wood waste, which can then be used as fuel or sold. We are also increasingly active in the timber industry with our own briquetting press production.
Size reduction of wood
The use of special single-shaft shredders for wood enables wood waste to be economically treated and processed for re-use. These machines can reduce the size of all raw materials commonly used in the furniture industry, whether oak, spruce or beech.
- Pallets
- Waste wood
- Wood chips
- Shavings
- Chipboard
- MDF
Briquetting of wood
Briquette presses are used to reduce the volume of boards, milling chips, sawdust, as well as renewable raw materials, such as miscanthus. Significantly lower storage and transport costs combined with their re-use as energy, make this product economically interesting for a wide range of applications.
- Sawing/wood shavings
- Wood chips
- Sawdust
- Paper
- Miscanthus
- Straw
