AMIS presents the ZWS 600 smart, an addition to the ZWS series. This series was designed as a cost-effective solution specifically for shredding scrap wood in small and medium-sized wood processing businesses.

General description

Products made from wood and wood materials have an ever-decreasing lifecycle.

Scrap wood, and scrap and waste materials containing wood, accumulate in large volumes after use or in wood processing works and need to be recycled.

The compact, reliable SMART single-shaft shredder can perform a multitude of shredding tasks, e.g. producing wood chips for use as an alternative fuel to sawn timber.

The machines can be individually adapted to various tasks according to the throughput and material.

Rotor is driven via motor, a V-belt and gear box.

Rotor/stator knives
Rotor and stator knives can be turned, guaranteeing a long service life; bolted knife holders.

Rotor system
Knife holders bolted into machined pockets on the rotor for easier maintenance and servicing.

Rotor bearing
Offset bearing, dustproof. Sturdy and robust design.

Strong welded steel construction with a wall thickness of 10 mm, the ZWS SMART is particularly stable and smoothrunning. In addition the machine is mounted on rubber mountings.

Replaceable, bolted-on screen with various screen sizes. Extraction unit, suction unit or discharge screw
