ZERMA ZXS
The single-shaft shredder for demanding shredding tasks. The machines are extremely robust and achieve high throughput rates. Working widths from 1500 to 3000 mm and rotor diameters of 750 mm are available as standard.
General description
The ZXS series is equipped with a two-stage hydraulics. This prevents high current peaks and and possible rotor blockages.
The pusher device is guided without contact to the machine housing.
The rotors of the ZXS series have a 750 mm rotor diameter. These are mounted in oversized steel plummer block housings. The power is transmitted via V-belts in conjunction with generously dimensioned gearboxes at the respective rotor shaft ends.
The complete unit of the hydraulic power pack is space-saving, maintenance-friendly, separate and vibration-free mounted on swinging elements.
The rotor knives work as standard against a row of stator knives. The sturdy screen is bolted to the housing and can be opened and closed hydraulically.
Depending on the task, the single-shaft shredders are available with various wear options.
